Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Point Executive

Work Objective:
To build and expand the company by fostering positive relationships with clients, banks, agents, and brokers in a way that guarantees the accomplishment of predetermined goals.
The description of core duties and responsibilities:
- Follow up on the quote in order to finalize the deal, get input, and provide a number of new business opportunities every week.
- Provide information that will enable the company to reach out to potential new business partners and ensure that their portfolios are fully used.
- Daily client care to maintain the business-customer relationship and ensure that no complaints are received.
- Maintains an appropriate degree of business retention, or the preservation of current business, at all times. Any business that is lost owing to unforeseen events is replaced by other accounts that are appropriate (above and above the new business acquisition target for the year).
- Make sure that customer service satisfaction is closely monitored, that renewal conditions are negotiated well in advance, and that formal renewal confirmations are sent to the client prior to the renewal dates.
- Keeps a weekly company progress report that is updated on a regular basis.
- Make a weekly visit to intermediaries to ensure that the bond is strong.
- Customer service involves directing clients who come into the office with questions, giving them rapid attention, and providing effective service.
- As directed, prepare a weekly report and submit it by the deadline to the manager of sales and customer service.

Minimum training and expertise requirements:
- A bachelor’s or advanced diploma in risk and insurance management.
- Application Knowledge for Computers.
- A minimum of two years of insurance industry work experience.

- Strong mathematical abilities and the capacity to take in and comprehend intricate statistical data.
