At UNICEF, careers are developed through a variety of personal and professional development opportunities that enable employees to perform a meaningful mission and build successful careers. We take great satisfaction in providing a work environment that fosters employee growth in addition to an alluring benefits and compensation plan.
Deliver for each youngster
Promoting the rights of every child, everywhere, is UNICEF’s primary goal in all of its endeavors, including campaigns, initiatives, and day-to-day operations. The equity plan puts this dedication to children’s rights into practice by focusing on the families and children who are the most marginalized and underprivileged. According to UNICEF, equity is ensuring that every kid, free from prejudice, discrimination, or favoritism, has the chance to live, grow, and realize their full potential. A child’s rights are violated to the extent that they have an uneven opportunity in life, including social, political, economic, civic, and cultural aspects. There is mounting evidence that addressing inequality via investments in the protection, health, and education of a society’s most marginalized members will not only allow all children to reach their full potential but also promote long-term national stability and prosperity. This is why it is so important to focus on equity. In addition to promoting the just and fair development of countries, it expedites the realization of every child’s human rights, which is UNICEF’s worldwide mandate as stated in the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
