The Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join our exciting team. This position is suitable for someone who is self-motivated and enthusiastic and enjoys generating leads and closing sales on their own. You will play an important role in growing our clientele by aggressively identifying new business prospects, pitching our digital advertising solutions, and driving revenue development.
The key responsibilities:
- To lead Generation and Sales: Be proactive in identifying and generating new business prospects.- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain excellent connections with clients.
- The sales Closing: Promote the company’s services and close deals.
- The Market Research: Stay current on industry changes and client requirements.
- The reporting and coordination: Send sales updates to the Head of Sales.- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of client campaigns.
TAKE NOTE: THE SELECTION PROGRAM:
This is a three-week sales training/selection program with two phases.
Phase 1 is a one-week sales training program, after which candidates will be shortlisted for a two-week evaluation. Based on their performance, we will make the final employment choice.
The Program Overview:
Purpose: Train and evaluate candidates before reaching a final decision.
Phase 1: One week of training for all shortlisted candidates.
Phase 2: A two-week evaluation for the shortlisted individuals.
Days: Monday through Saturday.
The Allowances and Benefits:
- To lunch and transit The allowance will be TZS 50,000/- (paid at the end of the first week).
- The Total Allowance for the Second Phase (if shortlisted): TZS 100,000 (for two more weeks).
The training structure:
Week 1: Sales Fundamentals & Field Execution.
- The company and industry introduction.
- To train for sales pitches and managing objections.
- A walk-in lead generation and field trips.
- The sales are executed alone by one person.
- To follow-up and data entry.
- The performance evaluation and ultimate selection.
The Important notes:
- This is a training program, not a job contract.
- The only one candidate will be chosen for the final sales position.
- Before we begin, we will sign a Training Agreement.
- A misconduct or failure to perform may result in termination from the program.
The Requirements:
The key requirements.
- 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in media or advertising).
- A self-starter with excellent lead generation skills.
- An excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A highly enthusiastic and results-oriented.
- Organized with great attention to detail.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and digital platforms.
