The Job Summary:

The Marketing and Branding Executive will be in charge of creating and implementing strategic marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, boost customer engagement, and promote business success. This position entails planning marketing campaigns, managing brand assets, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand message.

 

 

The key responsibilities:

  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing and branding strategies for promoting the company’s products and services.
  • To plan and carry out marketing initiatives across digital, print, and social media channels.
  • To manage brand guidelines so that visual and messaging standards are consistent across all channels.
  • To conduct market research to determine trends, customer preferences, and competition assessments.
  • To collaborate with the design, sales, and product teams to develop effective marketing materials.
  • To monitor and analyze campaign performance, offering insights and ideas for improvement.
  • Oversee external agencies and providers for marketing-related projects.
  • To organize and attend promotional events, trade displays, and industry exhibitions.
  • Create material for marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters, blogs, and press releases.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with the media, partners, and stakeholders to increase brand visibility.

 

 

The Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or a similar subject.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in marketing, branding, or a similar job.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing techniques and technologies.
  • Superior communication, writing, and presenting skills.
  • Expertise in marketing technologies (such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM tools).
  • Capable of thinking creatively and solving problems.
  • Excellent project management and organizing skills.
  • Capability to operate well both independently and in a collaborative setting.

The Working Conditions:
