A creative and seasoned Marketing and Distribution Manager is needed to join our expanding team at Azura, a well-known brand in the beverage sector! We would love to speak with you if you have a strong desire to manage distribution and increase sales in a hectic setting!

 

The Main Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Outreach: To increase brand awareness and product availability, lead marketing campaigns aimed at distributors, wholesalers, hotels, and lodges.
  • Team Leadership: Ensure high performance and motivation by effectively leading, managing, and developing a diverse team of over twenty salespeople and drivers.
  • Target Achievement: Establish, track, and meet sales goals while putting plans in place to grow market share and profitability.
  • Strategic Development: Establish cutting-edge distribution and marketing plans to establish Azura and other drinks as industry leaders on a regional and national scale.
  • Distribution Management: Manage product distribution operations to guarantee prompt and effective delivery through a variety of channels.

 

 

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: at least five years in a comparable position in the FMCG industry, with references that can be verified.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated capacity to autonomously manage, inspire, and guide a sales team while cultivating an environment of excellence and responsibility.
  • Technical Proficiency: IT abilities, such as a solid grasp of Word, Excel, and Outlook to efficiently handle communications and reports.
  • The team player mentality is characterized by a cooperative approach and a self-driven desire to surpass expectations and reach goals.
  • Driver’s License: A current driver’s license is necessary.
  • Resilience: The capacity to flourish under duress while enthusiastically embracing constructive criticism.
