Job Title: Marketing Executive – Branding, Events and Communications

An overview of the duties:
The dynamic position of Marketing Executive – Events, CSR & Communication / Digital combines communication strategies, digital marketing activities, event design and execution, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability initiatives. The role necessitates a creative and strategic person who can handle a variety of marketing tasks well in order to build the bank’s reputation and interact with different stakeholders.

Range of Obligations:

Marketing & Branding:

  • Create and put into action thorough branding strategies to improve the bank’s market presence and brand equity.
  • Work together with both internal and external teams to develop effective brand campaigns.
  • Make sure that the visual identity and brand messaging are consistent throughout all marketing materials and media.
  • Create and oversee marketing programs, making sure they are carried out on schedule and within the allotted budget. o Perform brand audits to find areas for improvement and evaluate the success of branding campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the success of marketing initiatives, including data-driven suggestions for enhancement.
  • To inform marketing plans, analyze consumer data, market trends, and competing activity.

Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Event Management.

  • Organize, plan, and carry out a range of business events, such as press conferences, product launches, customer appreciation gatherings, and community service initiatives.
  • Organize every aspect of the event’s logistics, such as choosing a location, managing vendors, and planning promotional activities.
  • Create and execute event concepts and themes that complement the bank’s marketing goals and brand.
  • Oversee event spending plans to guarantee economical solutions and optimal return on investment.
  • Evaluate events and provide a report, gathering input for ongoing development.
  • Create and carry out sustainability and CSR programs that complement the bank’s strategic objectives and core values.
  • To promote CSR initiatives, cultivate and preserve connections with partners and neighborhood organizations.
  • Organize volunteer work and staff participation in CSR projects.
  • With an emphasis on accountability and transparency, track and report on the results of CSR and sustainability initiatives.
  • Promote the bank’s CSR and sustainability initiatives both internally and outside to improve its standing and presence in the community.

Digital marketing and communication:

  • Create and oversee internal and external communication plans to support the bank’s programs and brand.
  • Press releases, newsletters, and other communication items should be produced and distributed.
  • Make sure that the branding and messaging are the same throughout all communication mediums.
  • Manage media relations, which includes setting up interviews and answering questions.
  • Work together with cross-functional teams to guarantee coordinated and successful communication initiatives.
  • Create and implement digital marketing plans to increase the number of new customers you attract, engage, and keep.
  • Oversee the bank’s online presence, which includes its mobile app, email marketing, social media accounts, and website.
  • Provide pertinent and interesting material for digital platforms that appeals to the intended audience.
  • Use SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies to maximize the efficacy of digital campaigns.
  • Track the success of campaigns with digital analytics, and make necessary data-driven adjustments.
  • Keep up with emerging technology and trends in digital marketing while always trying to expand your reach online.

Technical Proficiency:

  • The capacity to create, implement, and uphold brand consistency branding strategy.
  • Capacity to organize, carry out, and supervise several tasks at once, making sure that goals are attained and deadlines are fulfilled.
  • Ability to create messages that are interesting, convincing, and clear for a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to evaluate performance, spot trends, and reach well-informed conclusions using data analysis.
  • Capacity to come up with creative concepts and methods for marketing campaigns.
  • Outstanding collaboration abilities, including the capacity to collaborate with external partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability to shifting market conditions and priorities.

Expertise and background:

  • A Bachelor’s or Advanced Diploma in Digital Marketing, Communications, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
  • Experience in digital marketing, corporate communications, CSR, and event management.
  • A track record of effectively overseeing several marketing initiatives and projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizing abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking.
  • Proficiency with social media management, analytics, SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Imaginative thinker who prioritizes achieving goals and has a strategic attitude.
  • Experience in banking and the workforce will be beneficial.
  • An extra benefit will be computer literacy and expertise with Photoshop or other media editing software, as well as conventional office computer applications.
