Work Objective:

In charge of ENGIE Corporate identity, marketing campaigns, communications strategy, and brand development for Mobisol (MySol). This entails maintaining a consistent brand identity that aligns with the company’s values, mission, and brand design, as well as consistent messaging directed towards all relevant parties, such as investors, customers, staff, and other partners. responsible for the expansion of the company’s market share via departmental initiatives that support the effective business plan.

Workplace Duties:

  • Creation, execution, and upkeep of marketing campaigns, brand strategies, and company identities.
  • Creation and enhancement of marketing policies, procedures, and guidelines for ENGIE Mobisol.
  • Frequent reporting to the head of commercial on marketing performance and budget planning.
  • Recognizing the patterns and behaviors of the client base will help the business create and advise on the best items and bundles to provide in order to meet market demand and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee and establish the Trade Marketing plan for a variety of brands and clientele to ensure the long-term viability and expansion of the company.
  • Manage and direct tactical campaigns, promotional materials, and short- and long-term ENGIE Mobisol UK LTD Trade Marketing programs for sales, portfolio, eNPS, and health and safety (HSE).
  • Assist internal and external stakeholders in order to guarantee that projects and Commercial & Customer Finance support activities are finished according to schedule and specifications in order to best meet the overall business objectives.
  • Evaluates trade marketing, business, performance, and competitive analyses and compares the results to KPIs and company-set targets to assess the success of sales campaigns and make the required adjustments. Give the company a competitive edge by being responsive rather than reactive in order to compete successfully and efficiently.
  • Product managers use various surveys and research methods to determine the needs of the market, suggest future product lines and roadmaps, launch products successfully, track performance trends, and make recommendations for enhancements on a regular basis.
  • To guarantee best-in-class quality and cost-effectiveness, coordinate all Trade Marketing initiatives, point of sale initiatives, and value-adding products with internal and external designers and suppliers. Coordination of regulatory requirements for trade or consumer promotions to encourage loan repayments and uptakes, if appropriate.
  • Collaborating and establishing connections with commercial and supply chain teams around the nation to assist national sales or operational initiatives, such as evaluating new product concepts and altering packaging.
  • To expand sales channels, digital sales platforms must be developed, implemented, and maintained.
  • Create plans and oversee digital marketing initiatives to guarantee ENGIE Mobisol UK LTD’s online presence.
  • Encourage and impact the sales team to make sure they remain focused and driven to meet their goals.

Skills and knowledge:

Experience:

  • Five years minimum of expertise in the marketing domain.

  • A track record of accomplishment in management within the cross-departmental trade marketing or business development divisions.
  • Experience in international public relations for solar off-grid electricity and green energy.
  • Experience working with stakeholders from Africa.
  • Extensive familiarity with brand, product, and service management as well as trade marketing fundamentals.
  • Thorough comprehension of East African trade and marketing dynamics.
  • Strong initiative, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
  • The capacity to choose priorities and accomplish goals.
  • Outstanding written, oral, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • A readiness to travel.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree at the very least in public relations, marketing, communication, or any other business-related field.
  • Having a master’s degree is beneficial.
