Description of the Role:
ZOOMLION is hiring a full-time onsite sales specialist in Dar es Salaam. The sales specialist will be in charge of managing sales operations, pushing sales, organizing training sessions, and communicating with clients while delivering exceptional customer service.
THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help the Area Marketing Manager accomplish the business objectives for the region.
- Determine prospective clients and create new business prospects.
- Be responsible for lead generation and conversion by maintaining and expanding client contacts.
- To reach out to clients, proactively assessing their needs and boosting our portfolio.
- To recommend marketing tools for increasing brand awareness and positioning the company’s products and services to attract and retain customers.
- To conduct a market analysis to determine current and future market trends, client demands, demand forecasting, competition, risks, and possibilities for corporate growth.
- To maintain strong customer relations and keep the database up to date.
- Carry out any other work as assigned by supervisors.
THE SKILLS:
- Sales and marketing (heavy machinery).
- Auto sales.
- Customer Relationship and Product Management.
- Marketing strategies.
