Concerning the Role:
In your role as an operations specialist, you will oversee our company operations, work with internal and external stakeholders, and eventually assume leadership of your city as a marketplace manager. You will be completely responsible for measurements and projections, and you will define and carry out your city strategy in addition to analyzing quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources.
Among the daily adventures you’ll have are:
- Take charge of your city by maintaining a close eye on key performance indicators, building relationships with important stakeholders, and carrying out your supply, demand, and investment plan.
- Efficiency is our first concern, whether it be in the creation, optimization, or elimination of processes. You will work with us to identify the most efficient method to run our business, overcome obstacles that others would shy away from, and shape Bolt’s future direction.
- Practical supply management entails working independently and proactively through the fleet and driver acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention phases.
- Assuming control of initiatives that advance our overall performance in the market and operational effectiveness with the primary objective of propelling Bolt rides into the next phase of growth in Germany.
Regarding you:
- You have at least two years of expertise in operations, startup, or other related fields; ideally, you have worked in analytical roles.
- You are a capable team player with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities in Swahili and English.
- You possess strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset you thrive in thrive and Google Sheets and don’t mind getting your hands dirty when necessary.
- You have a strong sense of ownership and have no fear of overseeing towns worth millions of euros.
- You’re driven to find innovative solutions to issues quickly and effectively.
- You do best in a fast-paced setting.
- You will work to improve our value proposition since you are customer-focused and want to see supply growth.
