Job Title: Plant Attendant
The areas of responsibilities: As assigned by the Supervisor
Answers to (Reports to): Kiln Superintendent
The specific knowledge: Cement Production

The Main Duties:
- The physical inspection of the allotted plant area and reporting of problems.
- To clean the designated area and eliminating obstacles.
- To collect samples as needed.
- The refractory jobs during kiln stoppage.
- The brick liner for the kiln and cyclones.
- Participate in any job relating to production activities.
- The ultimate responsibility for safe working methods, particularly in areas of responsibility.
- The compliance with all national and company safety, health, and environmental standards.
- All rules, procedures, and guidelines must be followed in accordance with the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
- Carry out any other duties that may be assigned.
The Minimum requirements (qualifications):
- Secondary school education is required, along with a trade exam certificate.
- Basic knowledge of cement manufacture.
- The good communication abilities in both written and spoken English.
- The basic awareness of the maintenance requirements.
- Good understanding of safety protocols.
