Summary of Work:
Will be in charge of both proactive and reactive product sales as well as customer service from a branch. In terms of service and sales, the role holder must fulfill minimal performance criteria and meet a minimum number of sales each week based on a suitable product mix. Although the position is headquartered in a specific branch, the job holder will also be expected to support and work in other local branches as needed. Pre-programmed systems and clearly specified processes are used in the position’s operation; yet, the role holder may occasionally need to handle unforeseen events and escalate to a higher level when needed.
Job Summary:
95% of sales and support (Service):
- Creating current accounts, savings products, card products, packaged loan products, and any other bank service or product that is marketed, etc.
- Follow pre-established service standards when carrying out customer service initiatives and needs for in-person clients.
- Establishing current accounts, savings accounts, credit products, packaged lending products, etc.
- Fostering connections with current clients in order to proactively foresee, meet, and close future demands as well as spot business prospects.
- Cross-sell relevant products to customers in person who have similar demands.
- In order to guarantee the branch operates in an effective, efficient, and compliant manner, finish any outstanding paperwork and handle administrative tasks.
- Help clients fill out forms and other material from the bank.
- Introduce clients to the relevant product/segment experts.
- Engage in promotions, special campaigns, inbound and outbound marketing, etc.
- Respond to and resolve grievances within the Banking Hall.
- Evaluate the overall appearance, displays, cleanliness, orderliness, and merchandising of the Banking Hall.
