Job Title: Procurement Officer
Answers to/ Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

The Job Summary/ Purpose:
The Procurement Officer is in charge of analyzing products, services, and suppliers, as well as negotiating terms and conditions. He is also responsible for verifying that approved purchases meet quality standards and are cost-effective.
The main duties and responsibilities:
- To identify potential suppliers and thoroughly evaluate them to ensure they meet your quality, cost, and delivery needs.
- Build and maintain good connections with key suppliers to improve procurement procedures.
- To negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to reach favorable deals.
- To collaborate with department heads to determine their procurement needs and requirements.
- Create and implement procurement strategy to help achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- To stay up to date on market developments and industry best practices to improve procurement tactics.
- To conduct cost analysis and benchmarking to find cost-saving options.
- Make review and Analysis Tenders, proposals, and pre-qualification responses, encompassing technical, commercial, and contractual issues.
- To assist other departments in All documents that will be included in the offer are collected, including pre-qualification documentation, technical and operational documentation, pricing, commercial and legal exceptions, and certification.
- Make competent decisions in a fast-paced atmosphere by responding to any queries from CFG clients or personnel.
- Keep track of purchases, price, and other vital information.
- Create a plan for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
- To maintain and update a list of suppliers, including their qualifications, delivery times, and possibilities for future expansion.
- To update office assets and inventory.
- To develop a thorough understanding of the nature of the task, as well as the project and tender requirements, and prepare compliance declarations.
- Clarify subsequent documents and generate detailed tender documentation in a timely way in order to implement the awarded tender.
- To prepare Request for Proposals and obtaining price offers from international vendors during the tender process in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
- To analyze and addresses a wide range of problems faced in collaboration with internal team members and client representatives.
