At FINCA Microfinance Bank (T) Ltd., the Project Business Analyst is essential to the successful completion of projects and business activities. Coordinating business operations projects, improving customer happiness, and developing a long-term clientele are the duties of this role.
ESSENTIAL WORK:
- Work together with stakeholders to specify the goals, deliverables, scope, and success criteria of the project.
- To guarantee that the project is completed on schedule, create thorough project plans that include timetables, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Keep an eye on the status of the project at all times, deal with any delays, and make sure deadlines are fulfilled.
- Put procedures in place to guarantee that project deliverables satisfy stakeholders and fulfill standards.
- Maintain all project-related paperwork appropriately and in compliance with the bank’s requirements.
- Verify that projects follow all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Keep track of the learnings and suggestions from every project to enhance subsequent procedures.
- Utilize and uphold best practices in project management, streamlining procedures to increase scalability and efficiency.
- Make sure all project entry, execution, and closure are meticulously documented, with an emphasis on business justifications and performance indicators.
- Keep an eye on the resources, finances, timetables, and task allocation for the project to guarantee quality assurance and efficient stakeholder communication.
- To find chances for market differentiation, track and evaluate rival activity.
- Help with trend, opportunity, and challenge identification by offering information for marketing initiatives that are specifically targeted.
- To create goods and services that satisfy the needs of your customers, collect and evaluate their feedback.
- Determine and rank the opportunities for expansion, such as joint ventures and untapped market niches.
- For best market penetration, make sure marketing methods match product offerings.
- Design and introduce financial products in close collaboration with the product development team and the marketing manager.
- To stay competitive, evaluate and improve current financial solutions on a regular basis.
- Write thorough reports on market conditions, performance indicators, and business growth efforts.
- Ensure that all business development activities, including contacts with customers and strategic initiatives, are accurately documented.
- Carry out additional duties as delegated by the manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Undergraduate degree in a related discipline, such as technology, banking, accounting, business management, or commerce.
- Information technology experience is an added benefit.
- A plus is having a business analysis certification.
- Two years minimum of experience working in the finance industry.
- Competent in written and spoken English.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Advanced knowledge of the Office Suite from Microsoft.
- Intermediate knowledge with OneNote software.
- Familiarity with all major banking systems.
- At ease with a keyboard.
