Project Officer (Railway Children Africa), situated in Dar es Salaam and Mwanza, who answers to the Project Team Lead.

 

The Project Officer’s job is to assist in the reintegration or reunification of children rescued from the streets with their families by working as a member of the family team. Working with the Social Welfare Department to reunite street-connected youngsters with their families is another aspect of the job.

The position will involve flexible work hours, providing immediate help to children living in long-term shelters and those connected to the street, as well as assisting them in being reunited with their family.
