The skills necessary for this role are as follow but not limited to:

• Fundamental understanding of building processes, materials, and tools.
• A basic understanding of the volume of materials needed for particular tasks.
• Understanding and common sense regarding items that save money by being reused several times.
• The capacity to assess site operations and find ways to save input expenses.
• The capability to draft waste reports for the site and make suggestions for enhancements and cost reductions to the HO management.
• The capacity to recognize instances of improper or underuse of PNE equipment and to report on such instances, along with suggestions for improvement.
• The capacity to compare fuel usage to PNE utilization and make savings and enhancement recommendations.
