Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Professional
Job location: Dar es Salaam

With experience in food safety and knowledge of the ISO 22000 requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
- To develop, develops, and oversees processes to verify that goods meet quality, function, and reliability requirements before delivery.
- Determines and establishes acceptable quality standards and parameters for items.
- To communicate quality standards and parameters to the QA team, product development team, and other relevant personnel.
- To coordinate the product testing procedure.
- To participate in product testing.
- To identify and analyzes faults, defects, and other problems, especially when they occur repeatedly in various goods; advises and facilitates solutions to these concerns.
- Evaluates client, consumer, and user input.
- To maintain adherence to local and organizational laws, rules, norms, and policies.
- Carry out/ perform other tasks as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor’s degree in food science, technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of expertise in food safety-related work, including ISO 22000 and HACCP, such as food control, standard implementation, or food chain consultancy.
