Job Title: Recovery Agent

Work location: Dar es Salaam

The duties and responsibilities:

  • As directed by your supervisor, you will recover assets and collect debts.
  • Ensure that you meet your given targets.
  • Ensure that you use the provided tools to operate efficiently.
  • Receive and understanding repossession instructions.
  • To execute repossession instructions based on the training provided to you.
  • Ensure that the repossession process and procedure are followed by the latter.
  • To fill repossession papers according to training and instructions.
  • Ensure that all paperwork required for the repossession process are delivered to the office on time.
  • If you are issued a corporate car, make sure it is maintained according to the service schedule and kept clean.

 

 

The Job Requirements:

  • You must have good driving skills and a valid driver’s license.
  • A diploma or higher education in a business-related subject.
  • The experience in asset recovery and auctioneering.
  • A good teammate, determined, and outgoing.
  • To possess good report writing skills.
  • A problem-solving abilities.
  • A computer literate.
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
  • The good organizational and time management skills.
