The Role Purpose:

  • The overall responsibility for actively pushing sales and acceptance of business solutions at the regional level.
  • To drive and manage M-Pesa Business regional service management, including training and business support.
  • To manage M-Pesa Business’s regional customer projects.
  • To monitor M-Pesa’s regional performance and cross-sell M-Pesa products.

 

 

The key Accountabilities:

  • The overall, responsible for driving M-Pesa Business regional accounts.
  • To manage service delivery to regional accounts and cross-sell additional M-Pesa products.
  • Encourage the acceleration of regional performance and revenue growth initiatives.
  • To manage M-Pesa Business regional projects for new and existing customers.
  • To initiate and carry out comprehensive new training and re-training for regional business accounts.
  • Be responsible for reactivating dormant, dropper, and stopper regional business accounts.
  • Collaborate/ working closely with the champion sales team to explore new growth opportunities.

  • The excellent communication and reporting abilities.
  • Capable of challenging the status quo.

 

 

The Must have technical or professional qualifications:

  • Three (3) or more years of industrial or functional experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, actuarial science, or marketing, or an equivalent qualification.
  • The analytic skills.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the value chain.
  • Telecommunications experience would be beneficial.
  • Project expertise and experience would be beneficial.

 

 

The key Performance Indicators:

  • The sales Growth and Business Acquisition.
  • The end-to-end execution of the M-Pesa concept for firms acquired from the regions.
  • The quality support and stakeholder alignment.
