The purpose of the job:
In charge of expanding the clientele’s Liabilities (Deposits) and Assets (Loans), offering departmental/branch advice on business strategy, and guiding Relationship Officers and Bank Officers in their efforts to solicit business from customers in order to assure portfolio/business growth.
SUMMARY OF THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
The responsibilities.
- Proactively maintaining and cultivating strong client relationships, finding and overseeing solutions to satisfy a variety of client needs, and advertising goods and services.
- Generating and expanding revenue streams by managing clients well.
- Gaining a thorough grasp of the client’s financial requirements and showcasing a solid grasp of products and services to align the bank’s offering with the client’s requirements.
- Bringing in new business, closing deals with prospective customers, and communicating with the sales team to guarantee that the leads being referred are of the necessary caliber.
- Reviewing KYC records and evaluating risks related to bringing on new clients.
- Managing the credit risk related to the connections with assigned clients.
- Assist Branch Managers and Relationship Officers in putting together the right financial structure to manage risks and maximize profits.
- Actively communicate with the bank’s other stakeholders to guarantee that the portfolio is kept in top condition.
- Preserving and updating correct client data; taking charge of complaints and queries from clients.
- Making proactive calls to clients and answering their inquiries quickly.
- Collaborating with other relationship managers to optimize revenue generation and the services provided.
- Putting together presentations for senior management to evaluate fresh approaches and goals for business development.
- To guarantee that the ratio of performance requirements is kept within the permissible risk range.
- To credit client accounts, produce statements and receipts, and collect cash or money orders deposited by customers.
- Assist clients with making payments to or crediting their accounts in accordance with advice slips, checks, or other financial documents; debit the relevant accounts.
- Carry out foreign exchange transactions at the clients’ request.
- To maintain a cash balance.
- Determine the needs of the consumer and direct them to the proper banking services and experts.
- Answering any questions and addressing grievances from clients.
- As requested by the customer, to open and close accounts.
THE REQUIRED KEY COMPETENCIES AND ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:
A: Necessary Qualifications.
- A bachelor’s degree in any related discipline, such as marketing, banking, finance, or business administration.
- An MBA will be beneficial in addition.
B: Necessary Background:
- Three to five years of corporate banking experience.
C: Necessary expertise and abilities.
- Solid familiarity with MHB’s goods and products.
- Strong presenting and communication abilities.
- Provide useful and comprehensible product and service information.
- Participates in frequent traffic-building initiatives that support MHB’s brand and individual skills.
- Fundamental, genuine connections with the clients.
