Job Purpose:

to be in charge of selling and servicing Bank products to the target markets as specified in the business plan for the branch.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implementing the branch sales approach will help the bank’s business grow.
  • Process high-quality loans by making sure that the company’s standards and processes are followed.
  • Create sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Develop a rapport with the pertinent parties to expand Letshego Faidika Bank’s operations.
  • Sells products on behalf of the bank online.
  • To keep your consumer base, provide exceptional customer service.
  • Evaluates consumer responses to policies and procedures in order to find areas where processes might be improved.
  • Expand your portfolio of deposits.
  • Credit Quality control for portfolios.
  • As per the branch’s aim, sell insurance products.

Experience and Knowledge Needed for the Position:

  • A bachelor’s degree in an equivalent discipline, such as marketing, accounting, banking and finance, business administration, or economics.
  • Two years or more of experience in a senior sales and product role in a financial institution, ideally a bank.
  • Strong grasp of analytics and customer insights.
  • Recognizing the lifecycle and management of products and customers.
