Our professional chefs are dedicated to perfecting each recipe and ensuring that every product is both delicious and visually appealing.

We are seeking for a motivated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team and oversee all operations and direct day-to-day operations and activities. The manager creates and implements procedures that create a well-organized environment for all staffs, and guides the staff to ensure action plans are implemented to achieve them. They also manage all aspects of financial management and monitor the organization’s funds with a view to ensuring a transparent and efficient management.

 

The duties and responsibilities:

  • To provide pleasant and efficient service while creating a warm and welcoming environment for all of our customers, ensuring a positive experience.
  • To monitor employee performance and conduct regular assessments to improve customer service.
  • To organize activities and allocate responsibilities to personnel to maximize production.
  • To evaluate restaurant performance and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • To oversee people such as receptionists, kitchen staff, and office workers.
  • To collect payments and keep track of budgets, funds, and expenses.
  • To maintain a thorough awareness of restaurant policies to ensure compliance.
  • To maintain a solid relationship with your consumers.

 

The required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related subject.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a relevant or similar capacity.
  • Strong awareness of restaurant and hotel management best practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.
  • The excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
