The duties and responsibilities:

  • Are you a dynamic leader with a strategic approach who is passionate about the restaurant industry? We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager with strong commercial acumen who can drive growth, optimize operations, and provide excellent customer experiences.

 

 

The key responsibilities:

  • The Financial Planning & Budgeting: Drive the restaurant’s financial success by creating annual budgets, estimating sales, and closely monitoring profit margins.
  • Maintain operational efficiency while keeping expenditures in check.
  • Revenue Management and Profit Maximization: Use smart pricing, promotions, and sales forecasting to increase profitability.
  • To implement targeted marketing campaigns to increase sales and fill seats during off-peak hours.
  • An Entrepreneurial Menu Engineering: Collaborate with the culinary team to create a menu that strikes a balance between innovation, client preferences, and cost-effectiveness, resulting in great profitability and customer happiness.
  • The Operational Efficiency and Innovation: Identify possibilities for process improvements, implement technology solutions, and design processes to improve service speed and eliminate waste.
  • Client-Centric Strategy: Use data analytics to predict client preferences, raise service standards, and cultivate a loyal customer base through tailored experiences and rewards programs.
  • Talent Development and Leadership: Create a high-performance culture by identifying and developing leadership potential within your team members.
  • Vendor & Supply Chain Optimization: Establish excellent vendor connections, negotiate attractive contracts, and assure a consistent supply of high-quality ingredients at the greatest pricing.
  • Implement performance measures, training programs, and employee development activities to increase team productivity.
  • The Risk and Compliance Management: Ensure full adherence to health, safety, and labor requirements. Develop risk management techniques to protect the business.
  • The Data-Driven Decision Making: Use key performance indicators (KPIs) and market data to make informed decisions that boost operational and financial performance.
  • The Sustainability and Social Responsibility: Implement eco-friendly procedures, decrease waste, and integrate the restaurant with corporate social responsibility objectives to improve the brand’s reputation in the community.
  • Brand Development & Reputation Management: Be the restaurant’s face, managing online reviews, connecting with the community, and collaborating with marketing departments to improve the restaurant’s brand image and market position.

The job Qualifications:

  • A degree in hospitality management or similar expertise in restaurant operations from a reputed university.
  • A proven experience as a Restaurant Manager for at least five years.
  • An experience in Restaurant Operations: A thorough understanding of front- and back-of-house operations, including staffing, inventory, and service quality.
  • Business Acumen: Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, expense control, and income development plans.
  • The attention to detail: The ability to maintain high levels of service quality, meal presentation, and client happiness.
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience leading, inspiring, and managing a team to achieve consistent and extraordinary results.
  • The Customer-Centric Mindset: An enthusiasm for providing a wonderful eating experience, with an emphasis on exceeding customer expectations.
