Our organization is looking for a restaurant supervisor to join our growing team; please check the list of tasks and qualifications.

 

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Finish (complete) any assignments given by the manager.
  • To monitor all guest requests to ensure they are fulfilled within the time constraints.
  • Provide all information to associates on a daily basis.
  • Make sure that all stations and menu knowledge are prepared for proper service delivery.
  • Keep and approve a variety of administrative paperwork, including time sheets, financial documents, safety records, and payroll.
  • To maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction by monitoring staff performance.
  • Create/ prepare weekly rotas to ensure that the restaurant is always adequately staffed.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • He/ She must have previous restaurant experience.
  • He/ She must have at least 2-3 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • A diploma/ bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related sector.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Understanding of food preparation and customer service.
