Our organization is looking for a restaurant supervisor to join our growing team; please check the list of tasks and qualifications.
The Responsibilities:
- Finish (complete) any assignments given by the manager.
- To monitor all guest requests to ensure they are fulfilled within the time constraints.
- Provide all information to associates on a daily basis.
- Make sure that all stations and menu knowledge are prepared for proper service delivery.
- Keep and approve a variety of administrative paperwork, including time sheets, financial documents, safety records, and payroll.
- To maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction by monitoring staff performance.
- Create/ prepare weekly rotas to ensure that the restaurant is always adequately staffed.
Job Qualifications:
- He/ She must have previous restaurant experience.
- He/ She must have at least 2-3 years of experience in a relevant role.
- A diploma/ bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related sector.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Understanding of food preparation and customer service.
