The Responsibilities:

  • Develop (create) Marketing Plans: Create marketing plans that are consistent with our company’s aims. This includes studying, identifying our target audience, setting goals, and strategizing how to reach them.
  • Run Campaigns: Plan and manage marketing campaigns across several platforms, including social media, email, and traditional ads. Keep track of funds, timeframes, and campaign performance.
  • Monitor Results: Using numerous methods and indicators, we evaluate the efficacy of our marketing efforts. Report key findings and use the data to better future efforts.
  • Research: Keep up with industry developments, competition actions, and client preferences. Use this information to help us develop marketing tactics and uncover new opportunities.
  • Engage Customers: Create strategies for developing and maintaining excellent customer connections. This includes responding to requests, obtaining feedback, and building a sense of community.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to assist us achieve our goals. Identify new sales prospects, develop customer connections, and close deals.
  • Ability to Sell: Effectively articulate the value of our products and services to potential clients, displaying a strong ability to close sales and consistently fulfill targets. Selling and meeting sales targets are important tasks in this profession.
  • Customer Relations: By offering great service and support, we can maintain and strengthen our ties with existing clients.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to assist marketing objectives. Create a collaborative environment to achieve mutual goals.
  • Sales Reporting: Create regular sales reports and presentations for management, track sales performance, and provide suggestions for development.

 

 

The Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in sales, marketing, or a related subject is necessary.
  • Experience: Fresh out of school or with one year of experience.
  • Commitment: Strong dedication to achieving deadlines and guaranteeing correctness in marketing and sales details, paired with great organizational abilities and a hands-on attitude.
  • Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of marketing tools and software, as well as expertise with ERP systems, is advantageous.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and writing abilities in both English and Swahili.
  • Analytical Skills: Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
