PROPERTY INVESTORS COMPANY LIMITED (PIC) is one of Tanzania’s real estate companies that provides trustworthy and inexpensive real estate services to the Tanzanian community.

PIC is consequently seeking to employ highly motivated, result-oriented, and self-driven applicants with high integrity, sales, and marketing abilities in real estate goods to fill the jobs listed below in Dodoma and Dar es Salaam.

 

 

The Job Purpose and Summary:

  • Sales and marketing officers will report to the Marketing Manager and be in charge of selling and marketing PIC’s many goods.

 

 

The specific duties and responsibilities will be:

  • To apply a marketing strategy in certain locations.
  • To explain PIC goods to consumers and advise them on real estate difficulties.
  • To prepare mail, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel plans for clients.
  • Arranging showings, helping with site visits, and getting daily feedback.
  • Putting together, distributing, and ordering marketing materials.
  • Keeping up with both paper and computerized file systems.
  • Putting together listing materials and publishing real estate listings on social media.
  • Maintaining a client database and creating weekly reports.
  • Reach the necessary business goal.
  • Carrying out additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

 

 

Job Qualifications, Knowledge and abilities:

  • Must possess a degree or diploma from an accredited institution or college in a comparable discipline.
  • Be able to demonstrate a high degree of ability and attention to detail when interviewing customers to evaluate their honesty.
  • Capable of speaking Kiswahili and English fluently.
  • Honest, inventive, and creative.
  • Be able and eager to work in demanding settings.
  • Be able to operate with little supervision and under pressure.
