As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include developing customer connections, identifying sales prospects, and pushing our fertilizer line to farmers and distributors. The ideal candidate possesses a thorough understanding of agricultural methods as well as exceptional sales skills.

 

 

The key responsibilities:

  • Find and target potential customers, such as farmers, distributors, and agricultural businesses.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current clients to secure repeat business.
  • To promote and explain the benefits of our fertilizer products to potential clients.
  • To achieve and surpass sales targets for allocated territories or markets.
  • To conduct market research to determine trends and customer needs.
  • Give feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer input.
  • To prepare and submit sales reports to management.
  • To represent the company at trade exhibits, agricultural fairs, and other gatherings.

 

 

Job Qualifications:

  • A proven sales experience, ideally in the agricultural or fertilizer industries.
  • A strong knowledge of agricultural methods and fertilizer use is advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiating, and interpersonal abilities.
  • The ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • A Goal-oriented, with a history of hitting or surpassing sales targets.
