The Job description:

Our software development firm is looking to recruit a Sales & Project Coordinator to help with client project execution and sales activities. This position include organizing communication between clients and technical teams, creating proposals and presentations, tracking project timeframes, and assisting with client relationship management.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist in managing customer accounts and building excellent connections.
  • To coordinate sales meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up conversations.
  • Facilitate project tracking, documentation, and scheduling.
  • Create/ prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • To work with the technical team to understand project scopes and provide correct information to clients.
  • Track the status of ongoing projects and identify any delays or dangers.
  • Update CRM and project management systems with current data.
  • Assist with identifying new sales prospects and tracking leads.
  • Prepare frequent reports on sales activity and project status.
  • Join internal team meetings and planning discussions.

 

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, marketing, or a similar subject.
  • The excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A strong organization and multitasking skills.
  • A basic understanding of software development processes is beneficial.
  • The ability to collaborate in a fast-paced setting.
  • A detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • The eagerness to learn and advance in sales and project management.
