The Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site position as a Sales Assistant in Kibaha. The Sales Assistant’s responsibilities will include aiding with sales operations, providing customer service, engaging with clients, organizing sales materials, and supporting the sales team.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Sales Assistant or Officer, with supporting documentation.
  • The interpersonal skills, customer service, and communication abilities.
  • The sales and organizational skills.
  • Solid mastery of both English and Swahili, as well as good bargaining skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and the capacity to multitask.
  • Understand/ knowledge of the steel sector is beneficial.
