Summary of the Job:

As a representative of/ On behalf of our client, we are searching for a motivated Sales Executive to assist them with overall sales efforts for information technology products and services. You will be a key member of the Business Development Team.

The Responsibilities and Duties:

  • A client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain excellent ties with current clients. Understand their wants, handle their problems, and offer continuing assistance to ensure client happiness.
  • The Product Knowledge: Gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services. Be able to communicate the value offer to prospective clients.
  • The Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the advantages of the company’s products and solutions. Customize your presentations to address the individual demands of potential clients.
  • A Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to develop custom proposals and negotiate contracts. Close deals after ensuring that the terms and conditions are transparent and beneficial to both parties.
  • A pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by continually adding new prospects and moving old opportunities along via sales.
  • A continuous Learning: Stay current on the changing world of information technology by attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions to expand your knowledge and skills.
  • Carryout (perform) any other tasks that may be assigned.

 

 

The Requirements:

The Knowledge and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science, with a focus on marketing and business development.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience selling information technology products/services and generating leads is required.
  • CRM tool usage experience.

 

The Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication abilities, as well as the ability to establish a genuine rapport with potential clients.
  • A driven and resourceful in discovering innovative ways to ensure that the company’s message resonates with potential customers.
  • The ability to solve problems and identify process efficiencies and improvements.
  • A familiarity or the capacity to swiftly learn systems and tools.
