Job summary:

We’re searching for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us accomplish our client acquisition and revenue growth goals while also maintaining our firm competitive and inventive. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team’s potential, developing sales plans, and justifying those goals to top management.

 

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales staff effectively to achieve growth and meet sales targets.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive business plan that extends the company’s consumer base and maintains its strong presence.
  • Own the hiring, goal-setting, coaching, and performance tracking of sales people.
  • Establish and maintain excellent, long-term customer connections by collaborating with them and understanding their needs.
  • To present the management team with sales, revenue, and spending figures, as well as reasonable estimates.
  • Recognize rising markets and market developments while remaining fully aware of new items and competition status.

 

 

The Requirements and Skills:

  • A BS/MS in business administration or a similar subject.
  • The successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, with a track record of reaching or surpassing expectations.
  • A committed to continuing education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
  • A demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence authentically and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • A proven ability to manage the sales process from start to finish.
  • A strong commercial acumen and industry experience.
  • An excellent mentoring, coaching, and people-management skills.
