The Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented salesperson to join our team at Msando HR Solutions. The ideal applicant will be responsible for advertising our HR services, identifying new business possibilities, and developing strong customer connections in order to drive sales development.
The key responsibilities:
- To identify and develop new business prospects by contacting potential clients and building relationships.
- To promote Msando HR Solutions’ services, which include recruitment, HR audits, and termination consultations.
- Prepare and deliver outstanding sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct market research to better understand customer needs and industry trends.
- To negotiate contracts and finalize deals professionally and in accordance with business regulations.
- Keep accurate records of sales transactions and client interactions.
- To collaborate with the HR staff to ensure client happiness and resolve any service-related issues.
Job Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Diploma or degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline.
Experience:
- A proven sales experience, ideally in HR services or a related area.
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presenting skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to form and sustain connections.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work alone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications is an added benefit.
- Understanding HR procedures and services is an added benefit.
Additional (other) requirement:
- A valid driver’s license (if required for fieldwork).
- Ability to travel for client meetings.
