The Reuna Group, a rising fish distribution and processing company, is searching for a Salesperson with at least three years of experience in sales and marketing to join our dynamic team in Vikindu, Mkuranga District.

Main responsibilities:
- To identify and develop new sales possibilities to help the firm grow.
- Develop and sustain good customer connections.
- To develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to broaden your market reach.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance measures.
- To conduct a market analysis and keep track of your competition.
- Create accurate and timely sales reports.
Job Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Outstanding communication, negotiating, and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to work independently with little supervision.
- The experience in the food distribution or FMCG industry is a significant advantage.
- Experience with sales software and Microsoft Office applications.
- A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
