To join Bolt Business, we are seeking driven and aspirational Senior Business Development Managers. Leading Bolt for Business’s highest level of customer acquisition in your nation, you’ll be tasked with finding, negotiating, and finalizing agreements with the largest Tier 1 clients. In close collaboration with the BDMs, you will develop a pipeline of prospects, mentor and coach more junior team members, and collaborate with product and management to remove obstacles and open up new doors.

Concerning The Role:

We are searching for a motivated individual who can propel Bolt Business to success—a true hunter with B2B sales expertise. We require a top performer with a proven track record of success who is adept at selling. You must possess ambition, self-assurance, and determination. Principal duties and obligations:

  • Finding, negotiating, and concluding deals for Tier 1 and Tier 2
  • Reach sales goals
  • By working together and getting to know your Tier 1
  • Customers’ demands, you can cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with them.
  • Provide the product team with market input on Bolt for Business solutions.
  • Create and implement national client acquisition strategy.
  • Recognize new items and the state of the competition while keeping an eye out for rising markets and changes in the industry.

Regarding you:

  • You have successfully closed deals with Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients for at least two years in the past four years of B2B sales experience.
  • You are a self-starter who is eager, aspirational, and results-driven, and you have experience leading teams to surpass goals and KPIs.
  • You personally have a track record of consistently surpassing sales goals with Tier 1/2 clients.
  • You have a strong track record of locating Tier 1/2 target leads, contacting them, and closing deals with the largest customers.
  • Along with having a strong personality, you have excellent communication abilities in both the native language and English.
  • You’ve used a CRM (Salesforce would be good) religiously and have expertise using its features to manage team performance.
