Job Title: Senior Human Resources Officer
Job location: Dar es Salaam

The successful candidate will be accountable for the following duties and responsibilities:
- To provide quality service to customers while managing their expectations.
- To manage individual behaviors that may pose threat to the firm in general.
- To coordinate the recruitment process from placement, short listing screening, selecting and appointment.
- In partnership with the Head of Department, we developed a performance management policy and tools.
- To oversee the accident prevention and control methods. Ensure that all employees have adequate insurance coverage.
- To liaise with insurance providers to ensure that claims are processed on time.
- Maintain sta records both in manual and electronic formats.
- To update the master record in the HR and Payroll systems to reflect new positions, leaves, transfers, and sta exits. Prepare monthly HR flash reports covering all relevant topics.
Participate in pay (Salary) surveys:
- To monitor competitive remuneration trends and determine the Bank’s market position.
- To identify and report training and development needs at the organizational, occupational, and individual levels.
- Create training goals and objectives (related to the achievement of specific business goals and objectives).
- To identify priority areas for training and development by consulting with relevant stakeholders.
Make participate in preparation of HR budget:
- To participate in developing succession plan.
- Plan and coordinate sta recruitment interviews.
To participate in HR Audit:
- To participate in the review of the establishment’s structure.
- To performing other duties as assigned or ordered by superior.
The Qualifications and Experience Required:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or public administration.
- 3 (three) years of relevant experience.
