The Job responsibilities:
THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
- To ensure that all projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
- The risk management is used to reduce project hazards.
- To manage, monitor, and arrange team work schedules and sites (including drivers).
- Organize a daily site meeting with all staff and provide management with an update.
- To complete site inspections and safety.
- Make sure that all site activities comply with quality standards.
- To manage all site activity.
- To maintain the quality control and safety norms.
- To control and supervise all site activities.
- To manage and supervise the site’s workers.
- To mentor and instructs new team members to reach or surpass their targets.
- Monitors time sheets and attendance for designated people.
- Creates accurate, precise, and timely reports. Maintains workplace security policies and procedures.
- To possess and exhibits a positive attitude towards achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
- To constant finds ways to enhance and promote quality through current and/or future technologies.
- To enforce workplace security rules, processes, and standardized standards.
- To check that the work is completed safely. Maintain complete records for site reports.
The Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, management studies, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of three years of work experience in the relevant field.
- Excellent leadership qualities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organization and communication abilities.
The Education and Experience Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Diploma; Maximum Not Limited.
- Experience: Not less than three years.
