Job Title: SME’s Sales Agent – 100 Posts

The NAD Insurance Agency aims to hire intelligent, self-motivated, and professional persons to fill the following 100 positions: Broadband Solution for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME).

 

 

The job purpose:

Accountable for meeting agent network targets through efficient acquisition and support of Vodacom SME products. Also entirely accountable for driving agent product uptake and service consumption through Vodacom SME product training and support in the field.

 

 

The key responsibilities:

  • Providing customer service and support to develop and close sales, whether in-person or over the phone.
  • To process phone-generated sales orders and bids, as well as assisting consumers who pick up their products at our location.
  • The meeting or exceeding the monthly Gross Profit dollar objective (targets).
  • Make review of the customer’s requirements (RFQ) to establish the most effective solution for the FST portion of the project to meet the end user’s objectives.
  • Creates (prepare) reports for the head office and maintained customer records.
  • To negotiate bids and contract terms and conditions so that they fulfill the needs of both the client and the organization.
  • To prospect new clients who could benefit from the company’s portfolio, and optimize client potential in a specific location.

 

 

The Responsibilities Sample:

  • Serve as the key sales contact for Institutional Equity Accounts.
  • Provide fundamental and technical information regarding worldwide market dynamics.
  • To maintain daily client communication and visits.
  • To monitor customer trends, analyze logic, and distribute resources as needed.
  • Cross-sell the firm’s products and specialized trading desks.
  • Knowledge (understand) industry rules and their influence on institutional clients. Speak with clients about logistical difficulties.
  • Candidate is expected to make calls on 95% of the days.

The Qualifications and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, banking, accounting, finance, or a related subject.
  • One year of field operating experience is advantageous.
