We are searching for a highly qualified and driven Software Developer to join our team and help create our next web application. The ideal applicant will have a solid expertise in computer science, back-end development, and API connections, with CRM and automation tool experience preferred.

The Minimum Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • A strong understanding of backend development and database management.
  • Practical knowledge with common databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • A proven experience in API creation and integration, including the ability to create dependable connections between diverse systems.
  • A thorough understanding of server-side architecture, data flow, and scalability.

The Preferred Skills (Nice to have)

  • Experience with CRM tools including HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, and ActiveCampaign.
  • Experience using automation and workflow tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for hosting and growing applications.
  • Competence in security best practices for sensitive data management.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong written grammar and the ability to articulate technical concepts concisely.
  • The curiosity and enthusiasm to learn and apply new technologies.

 

What Will You Do?

  • Design and build the backend infrastructure for our new online application.
  • Manage and optimize databases for fast and secure performance.
  • Use API integrations to connect various platforms and applications.
  • Assist the team in automating workflows across systems.
  • Work together with project managers and designers to bring our application to life.
