Job Title: Tanzanian Cooks
Job location: Arusha Office, Tanzania

The Responsibilities:
- To set up workstations with all the necessary supplies and cooking equipment.
- To prepare ingredients for cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.).
- To cook food with a variety of tools and grillers.
- While cooking, check the food and stir or turn it as needed.
- Dressing plates before serving ensures a fantastic presentation.
- Maintain a sanitary and tidy kitchen environment.
- Ensure that all food and other supplies are properly stowed.
- To check the quality of the ingredients.
- Keep an eye on inventory and place orders when there are shortages.
The Requirements and Skills:
- A proven cooking experience.
- The experience with cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware.
- The knowledge of numerous cooking procedures and methods (such as grilling, baking, and boiling).
- Able to follow all sanitation procedures.
- Capability to work as a team.
- Excellent communication abilities.
