Who are you?

  • A highly motivated instructor with exceptional attention to detail who enjoys working with kids and can implement a comprehensive learning curriculum.
  • You can create, monitor, and assess lesson plans, schemes of work, lesson notes, and tests.
  • You appreciate the value of extracurricular activities (ECAs) and can motivate and guide students to engage.
  • A conscientious and hardworking individual who appreciates taking on additional responsibilities such as duty, assembly leadership, project guidance, and membership on numerous school committees.
  • You strive for intellectual and moral excellence and inspire pupils to aim high and succeed.

 

 

What are we looking for?

  • A Tanzanian with a diploma or bachelor’s degree in education (primary school). You must have graduated from an accredited university in East Africa with outstanding academic records.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of primary-level teaching experience with outstanding achievement in top-performing English-medium schools.
  • A strong ability to provide NECTA curriculum content utilizing contemporary teaching methods and tactics that promote a competency-based approach to learning and assessment.
  • An excellent written and verbal communication abilities using English as the medium of education.
  • A well-rounded, independent, and mature individual with a broad knowledge of education, who adheres to teaching ethics and exhibits a novel approach to teaching.
  • A instructor with a lively, dedicated, and encouraging personality for our pupils.
  • An somebody who can adapt to our school’s different policies and procedures (including working on weekends as needed).
  • The individual who can teach all topics in primary school.
  • A competent female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
