Job Title: Technical Poultry Sales Reps – 3 Positions
Job location: Dar es Salaam

The key responsibilities:
Sales:
- Responsible for meeting sales targets within the allocated sales zone.
- To engage new and existing clients to start sales of chicks and feed.
- Serves as a liaison between farmers, resellers, and the company.
- To acquire market knowledge and promptly provides market information to the Line Manager.
Customer Management:
- Be responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengthening customer connections in the allocated sales territory.
- Conducts many types of customer visits, including post-placement grower visits, reseller visits, and prospecting visits.
- Provides suitable technical support, farm management, and commercial advice to growers in accordance with management principles and best practices, with the goal of enhancing the grower’s outcomes.
- To conduct seminars and/or training sessions for growers on corporate products to increase awareness and sales.
The Key Qualifications:
- A Diploma or higher level of education in animal husbandry or sales and marketing.
- You must be licensed and able to drive a motorcycle and light cars.
- The Computer literate with above-average digital capabilities.
- A person with excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- The strong communication skills.
