Job Description:

The Tabono, on behalf of a telecommunications client, is searching for someone who is eager. Telesales Representatives to help generate sales for our organization. You will be responsible for closing transactions over the phone and maintaining positive client relationships.

Efficient telesales representative must be a great communicator with strong interpersonal skills. They must be comfortable providing items or services over the phone and dealing with complaints and questions.

The purpose is to assist the company grow by attracting customers and expanding business.

 

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding potential consumers over the phone by explaining the Platform and its capabilities.
  • To answer inquiries regarding the platform and services.
  • To better understand the needs of your customers, ask questions.
  • To enter and update customer information in the database or CRM.
  • To take and process orders accurately.
  • To handle pressure with the goal of meeting targets.
  • To go “extra mile” to accomplish sales targets and promote future sales.

 

The requirements and Skills:

  • To prove experience as a telesales representative or equivalent sales/customer service position.
  • Prove track record of effectively fulfilling sales targets, preferably over the phone.
  • Enough knowledge of relevant computer applications (such as Excel) and mobile phones.
  • The ability to learn about and describe/explain services to customers.
  • Excellent grasp of English, Swahili, and Hindi.
  • An excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of dealing with rejection and remaining calm under pressure.
  • Excellent negotiation abilities, including the ability to negotiate difficulties and address grievances.
  • Postgraduate status is advantageous.
  • Under 35 years of age.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
