  • To make hiring easier, look for a variety of specialists with specialized expertise and create a database for them.
  • Register professionals and recent grads for the convenience of filling open positions.
  • Publicize open positions in the public sector.
  • Get the right specialists to participate in the interviews.
  • Provide employers with advice on a range of hiring-related issues and carry out any other actions or tasks that the Minister in charge of Public Service may specify.
