The basic job Functions:

• To recruit, train, and coach the sales team.
• Make sure that the team achieves its sales targets.
• Make sure that the portfolio is performing to the Company’s standards.
• Reports should be submitted on time.

 

Job qualification and Experience:

• A Diploma in Business Administration or a business-related area.
• A minimum of (at least) 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Proficient in computer applications.

 

 

Other (additional) attributes:

• Capable of coaching, leading, and managing teams.
• A good customer service skills.
• A good problem-solving and analyzing skills.
• He/She possess analytical, communication, and reporting abilities.
