Work Objective:

This is important for reducing occupational danger, which is frequently the cause of low productivity. to proactively collaborate with management to create and uphold a risk-free environment for clients and coworkers. To minimize disruption to the organization’s essential services by supporting the Business Continuity Management process through planning, evaluation, and review.
Principal Responsibilities:
- In charge of organizing, supervising, evaluating, and conducting the Health & Safety Management System.
- Inspecting the sites and activities.
- Assist management in creating plans for recycling, reducing pollution, and preventing pollution.
- To create, carry out, and assess the organization’s action plans for improving quality, safety, health, and the environment.
- Coach and support line managers in putting Health, Safety, and Environment policies and processes into place to satisfy particular needs, like accurately and consistently reporting accidents and incidents.
- To offer expertise and experience in creating risk assessments and conducting appropriate reviews.
- To look into the circumstances and causes of accidents or occurrences, or, where appropriate, to help others look into them, and to take the necessary precautions to protect them from happening again. This includes keeping written records of the investigation and the actions taken.
- To keep an eye on adherence to laws, rules, company policies, procedures, standards, and codes of practice pertaining to health, safety, and the environment.
- To provide suggestions and create action plans while advising the management team on the effects of both existing and new health, safety, and environmental laws.
- Gathering, evaluating, and reporting data on the performance of the health, safety, and environment to internal staff, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- To offer experience and knowledge in assessing risks and quality issues pertaining to projects, buildings, and equipment.
- Help managers uphold safe work practices and apply best practices by offering specialized counsel, coaching, and helpful assistance as required.
- To reduce the likelihood of mistakes in the operation, initiative, or project, provide knowledge and skills in the areas of quality, health, safety, and the environment throughout the design and installation of facilities.
- To determine the needs for staff training in the areas of environment, health, safety, and quality.
- To create and conduct management and front-line staff training programs.
- To arrange outside instruction if necessary.
- Making certain that Operational Excellence performance measurements are captured on time
- To make certain that occurrences, mishaps, and near misses are accurately and promptly recorded.
- Examine and make sense of the HSE reports.
- To assist managers in creating and putting into practice efficient business continuity plans in order to reduce the interruption of vital operations.
- To aid in the business continuity plans’ monitoring, assessment, and review.
- Make certain that the organization’s policies and processes on quality, health, and safety are applied uniformly throughout the nation.
- Make that the KPIs for quality, health, and safety are reached or surpassed.
- Clearly and promptly convey to team members and stakeholders the expectations related to quality, health, and safety as well as BCM.
- Taking the lead in the Group Environmental Management System’s implementation.
- Coordinating the environmental program’s entire scope, including waste management, environmental health, employee involvement, and pollution reduction.
- Taking the lead on environmental and corporate social responsibility concerns.
Job Qualifications:
- Educated all the way to university.
- Management and Internal Audit Training for ISO 9001:2000.
- Qualification in Health and Safety.
- Three years of supervisory experience.
