Job Title: HSSE Officer – 2
Job Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in occupational health and safety, or a similar profession.
- A minimum of (at least) three years of expertise with construction safety.
- Understanding of Tanzanian OSHA regulations and building sector safety standards.
- A Certification in first aid and fire safety is advantageous.
Description of Job:
- You will be in charge of implementing and supervising the company’s health, safety, security, and environmental policies to provide a safe working environment for all employees as a Safety (HSSE) Officer.
- Conduct risk assessments, enforce safety standards, and instruct employees on safe procedures.
- You will be responsible for conducting frequent inspections of the construction site, ensuring compliance with OSHA and local standards, and leading incident investigations.
The key responsibilities:
- Create and implement HSSE policies and procedures.
- To conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and verify compliance.
- Conduct safety training seminars for employees and subcontractors.
- To investigate and report accidents, events, and near-misses.
- To prepare and maintain safety paperwork, including as reports and audits.
- Make sure that all safety gear and equipment are in good functioning order.

Job Title: Mechanic Technician
Job Qualifications:
- A Diploma or certificate in mechanical engineering or a similar field.
- A minimum of three years of experience working with construction machinery.

- The ability to operate under pressure and fulfill strict deadlines.
Description of the Job:
A Mechanic Technician will maintain and repair construction machinery such as excavators, loaders, and trucks. You will be in charge of diagnosing mechanical issues, doing routine maintenance, and ensuring that all machinery runs smoothly.
The key responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to construction equipment and machinery.
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical concerns.
- Make sure that machinery operates effectively and satisfies safety standards.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair operations.
- To collaborate with site supervisors to organize maintenance work without jeopardizing project timeframes.
Job Title: Electrical / Plumber
Job Qualifications:

- A solid (strong) understanding of Tanzanian plumbing laws and safety requirements.
- The ability to read and understand drawings and plumbing schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Description of the job:
Plumber will be in charge of installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in construction sites. This includes installing water supply, waste disposal, and drainage systems that comply with local requirements.

- To Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply, sewage, and drainage.
- To inspect plumbing systems for leaks, malfunctions, and obstructions.

The Job description:

- A diploma in laboratory technology, civil engineering, or a closely connected subject.

- A minimum of 3 (three) years of experience as a surveyor in the building business.

- Understanding of Tanzania’s land laws and regulations.

- To conduct topographic, boundary, and layout surveys for construction projects.
- To use GPS, total stations, and other surveying tools to measure land and structures.

Job Title: Storekeeper

Job Qualifications:
- A diploma in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar profession.
- Two (2+) years of experience in inventory management or storekeeping in a construction environment.
- Knowledge of inventory software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
The key responsibilities:
- To receive, check, and store new materials and tools.
- To maintain correct inventory records and provide items to site staff as needed.
- To monitor stock levels and work with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.
- To avoid damage or loss, ensure that supplies are handled and stored properly.
- To conduct regular stock audits and create inventory reports.
Job Title: Site Supervisor Civil (Local) – 2
The required Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- More than five (5)+ years of experience supervising civil construction sites.
- A solid (strong) understanding of construction techniques, materials, and laws.
- The ability to read and understand construction designs and specifications.
The job Description:
A Site Supervisor will manage civil construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are finished on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety guidelines. You will be responsible for managing site workers, liaising with project managers, and reporting on daily progress.
The main responsibilities:
- To supervise and supervise civil construction personnel and subcontractors on-site.
- Make sure that all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
